If it's you that's addicted then you've just made the hardest step, admitting you're addicted. Now you need to tell someone else, unless you're willing to check yourself into a clinic.
If it's not you, you need to call the NA hotline and ask about the best way to approach this person, unless you feel confident in doing so now. I personally would get some advice, drug addiction can do some screwed up stuff to people's psyche. Either way, it's scary now but it will all turn out for the best. If you could still live with it, you wouldn't be asking this question.
