i was wondering if anyone could help give me an estimated total cost(including everything; the anesthetics, consoltation,etc) of the lasik procedure on both eyes?
stats:
near sighted, both eyes
right eye: 1.75
left eye: 2.25
no stigmatism

You hear these commercials where it is only a couple of hundred dollars, but everyone I talk to says it's in the thousands. I don't know about the other suggestion of spending $ on a trip to India to have it done. Seems to me like it would be cheaper to have it done here after travailing costs to India. Plus, what if there are complications and your follow up work. I would think it would be better to have a doctor in your own area.
