i dont think such a kit exists.and with good reason...plenty of broken homes may come out of it...
I'm fairly certain most of the DNA testing companies that charge top dollar out there have eliminated the possiblity of over-the-counter paternity testing.
If there is one it's gotta be pretty expensive. You need to check with a doctor and see if he can direct you to a DNA lab...
If you go online and google it , there are several affordable option and they mail it to your house.
In order to have an accurate paternity test result, you have to have the mother, father, and baby's DNA. So, the answer is no. The mother will have to submit to the test or you can sue her and make her submit to it.
Not yet - that's a DNA test and the cheapest I heard of (a couple years ago) is $189 or so for the most basic form.
